Welcome to H2E. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and for purchasing hydrogen/oxygen machines from us for all UK orders
By accessing this website and purchasing from us, we assume you accept these terms. Do not continue to use H2Epod.com if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
General
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of hydrogen/oxygen machines made on H2Epod.com
- By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern our relationship with you in relation to the purchase of our products.
These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to check this page for any updates.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any products from this site.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 year of age or older
Products
- H2E offers hydrogen/oxygen machines for purchase. All products are described in detail on this website.
- We make every effort to ensure that descriptions and prices are accurate.
- We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time without prior notice.
Ordering
- All orders are subject to availability.
- Prices for products listed on this site are in GBP (£) and include all taxes and delivery charges.
- We only accept payments through our website which offers credit and debit card transactions.
- In order to process your order, you must provide accurate payment, contact and delivery details
- Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our discretion.
Delivery
- We offer free delivery within the UK using Parcel Force Express 24.
- Orders received between 9-5pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day and sent out the next working day
- Parcel Force Express 24 aims for next working day delivery.
- You will receive email notification from Parcel Force providing tracking information for your machine. (Check junk/spam folder if you do not see it)
- Parcel Force will require a signature, if you’re not home when the package arrives, the driver will leave a card so you can reschedule delivery.
- Please note that the driver cannot leave the package in a safe place unless someone signs for it on your behalf.
- If home delivery isn’t convenient, we can send your machine to a local post office for collection.
- Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions are not our responsibility
14 day Returns
- Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to receive the product and inspect it in the same way you could if examining it in a physical store.
This means you may handle it only as necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning. - If you decide you do not want the product, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has only been handled in a way consistent with a store inspection and has not been used.
- If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, you may still return it within the 14-day period; however, H2E may make a reasonable deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
This is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. - You are responsible for the cost of returning the machine.
- You must notify H2E in writing (via email) of your intention to return the product before sending it back, using the contact details provided at the end of this document.
Your Consumer Rights
If for any reason your machine is not working when you receive it or a fault develops in the first 30 days from the date of delivery, UK consumer law gives you the right to claim a full refund.
- In this instance H2E will pay for the return of the machine.
- You also have the options to request a repair or replacement machine.
- After 30 days, if something goes wrong with your machine, you no longer have an automatic legal right for a refund.
- UK consumer law gives you the right to have the machine repaired or replaced by H2E at no cost
- It will be at H2E’s discretion as to which option is offered
- H2E will pay for the cost of return postage.
- If a repair or replacement does not resolve the issue, you are then in a position to ask for a complete refund.
- This legal right is provided for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Refunds
- All refunds will be made to the account that made the payment
Product Usage
H2E Hydrogen/Oxygen machines should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety instructions provided with the product or on our website.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is used safely and appropriately.
- We are not liable for any misuse or accidents resulting from improper use of the product.
- H2E do not make any claims that the use of their machines will cure or treat any illnesses of diseases
- The customer acknowledges that they are responsible for their own health and that it is their own choice to purchase and use these machines
- H2E are not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur from the use of their machines
Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of H2E
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the content on our website without our express written permission.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Warranty
- All our products come with a 24-month limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, modifications or neglect.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
