Welcome to H2E. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and for purchasing hydrogen and browns gas machines from us.

By accessing this website and purchasing from us, we assume you accept these terms. Do not continue to use H2Epod.com if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

General

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of hydrogen and browns gas machines made on H2Epod.com
  2. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern our relationship with you in relation to the purchase of our products.

These terms may be updated periodically, and it is your responsibility to check this page for any updates.

Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any products from this site.
  2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 year of age or older

Products

  1. H2E offers hydrogen and browns gas machines for purchase. All products are described in detail on this website.
  2. We make every effort to ensure that descriptions and prices are accurate.
  3. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections at any time without prior notice.

Ordering

  1. All orders are subject to availability.
  2. Prices for products listed on this site are in GBP (£) and include all taxes and delivery charges
  3. We accept payments through our website which offers credit card, debit card and direct bank transfer options
  4. In order to process your order, you must provide accurate payment, contact and delivery details
  5. Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email
  6. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our discretion.

Delivery

  1. We offer free delivery within the UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  2. Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees next-working-day delivery by 1pm.
  3. We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day.
  4. When your product has been posted we will notify you by text or email that your machine is on its way and also provide a tracking number
  5. If you’re not home when the package arrives, the driver will leave a card so you can reschedule delivery.
  6. Please note that the driver cannot leave the package in a safe place unless someone signs for it on your behalf.
  7. Royal Mail doesn’t allow us to select a specific delivery time or provide text alerts with delivery estimates.
  8. If home delivery isn’t convenient, we can send your machine to a local post office for easy collection.
  9. Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions are not our responsibility

Distance Selling Act

  1. The Distance Selling Act allows you to receive the product, handle and inspect it, similar to what one would do in a physical store.
  2. If you decide you do not want the product, you may return it unused for a full refund within 14 days of receiving the machine.
  3. If you use the product, you can still return it within 14 days, but H2E will apply a reasonable reduction to your refund to reflect the decrease in its resale value
  4. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the machine
  5. You must inform H2E that you will be returning the machine in writing via email, text message or WhatsApp message using the contact details provided at the end of this document

Your Consumer Rights

If for any reason your machine is not working when you receive it or a fault develops in the first 30 days from the date of delivery, UK consumer law gives you the right to claim a full refund.

  1. In this instance H2E will pay for the return of the machine.
  2. You also have the options to request a repair or replacement machine.
  3. After 30 days, if something goes wrong with your machine, you no longer have an automatic legal right for a refund.
  4. UK consumer law gives you the right to have the machine repaired or replaced by H2E at no cost
  5. It will be at H2E’s discretion as to which option is offered
  6. H2E will pay for the cost of return postage.
  7. If a repair or replacement does not resolve the issue, you are then in a position to ask for a complete refund.
  8. This legal right is provided for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Product Usage

Hydrogen and browns gas machines should be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and safety instructions provided with the product.

  1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is used safely and appropriately.
  2. We are not liable for any misuse or accidents resulting from improper use of the product.
  3. H2E do not make any claims that the use of their machines will cure or treat any illnesses of diseases
  4. The customer acknowledges that they are responsible for their own health and that it is their own choice to purchase and use these machines
  5. H2E are not responsible for any adverse reactions that may occur from the use of their machines

Intellectual Property

  1. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of H2E
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the content on our website without our express written permission.

Governing Law

This terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Warranty

  1. All our products come with a 12-month limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  2. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, modifications, or neglect.
  3. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
