H2E Limited Warranty for Hydrogen & Brown’s Gas Machines
This Limited Warranty applies to all Hydrogen and Brown’s Gas Inhalation Machines (“Product”) sold by H2E (“Company”).
By purchasing the Product, the original purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to the terms of this Limited Warranty.
Warranty
- All our products come with a 12-month limited warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, modifications, or neglect.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products
Warranty Coverage
H2E warrants that the Product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”).
During this Warranty Period, H2E will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product or part thereof, free of charge.
Conditions of Warranty
This Limited Warranty is valid only if the following conditions are met:
- The Product has been used in accordance with its instructions and intended purpose.
- The Customer is the original purchaser and provides proof of purchase.
- The defect is not caused by accident, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or alterations.
- The Product has not been subjected to improper storage, handling, or environmental conditions.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable parts such as filters & cannulas
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Damage caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by using the Product for purposes other than its intended use.
- Any incidental or consequential damages.
Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact H2E in writing which can be via email, text message or WhatsApp message within the Warranty Period.

Be prepared to provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- A description of the defect
- Photos or videos of the issue (if requested)
The Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the Product to H2E.
If the warranty claim is approved, H2E will cover the return shipping costs of the repaired or replaced Product.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, H2E shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall H2E’s liability exceed the original purchase price of the Product.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
