⚡Hydrogen-Enhanced Home Electrolyte

Is 8 Glasses of Water Good For?

The standard recommendation is to drink 2 to 3 liters, or around 8 glasses of water a day. The problem here, is that most people think that all water is the same. Yet people are drinking either tap water full of chemicals or ultra purified, distilled water completely empty of any minerals. For me these are the two extremes, and far away from living water, water that comes fresh from spring full of minerals and positive energy.

Online people talk about many different types of water from structured water, electrically expanded water, magnetic water, crystal water. Many of them may have benefits. Yet thinking about all of the above. Often when I make a glass of water, I add to it.

In this homemade electrolyte drink recipe, we add the ingredients below to add minerals, antioxidants (From Hydrogen) and flavor, then we blend with MCT oil to make exclusion zone water, which has many added benefits from improved hydration to increased energy. The idea of the drink is instead of depleting your cells of minerals from empty water, that when this drink arrives at the door of the cell, that it has a lot of goodies to share.

Ingredients

The Ingredients

Sea of Cortez salt + bicarbonate + monk fruit + lemon + MCT oil + hydrogen

 Key Ingredients & Benefits

🧂 1. Sea of Cortez Mineral Salt (From Mexico)– Trace electrolytes from nature. Contains 75% sodium and 25% other minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, and up to 90 trace elements that restore electrolyte balance. Supports nerve, muscle, and hydration function. Naturally solar-evaporated, offering a cleaner mineral profile than refined salt. 🌿 Nature’s electrolyte source. (This salt is better than Himalayan salt, because Himalayan salt is 98% Sodium and has around 84 trace minerals, this is less well balanced in compassion)
🧪 2. Sodium Bicarbonate – Gentle alkalizer & buffer. Helps neutralize excess acidity and supports optimal pH balance. Can reduce fatigue and improve performance during exercise. Supports stomach comfort and recovery from acid stress. ⚖ Balance from the inside out.
🍋 3. Lemon – Vitamin C and detox support. Provides vitamin C and natural antioxidants. Stimulates digestion and enhances mineral absorption. Refreshing flavor that complements the salt and oil. ☀ Cleansing zest and vitality.
🍯 4. Monk Fruit – Sweetness without sugar. Natural, zero-calorie sweetener that doesn’t spike blood sugar. Adds flavor without affecting insulin response or hydration.
💡 Clean taste, no crash.
🥥 5. MCT Oil – Steady energy for body & brain. Provides quick, clean fuel that can be used by cells and mitochondria. Improves satiety, mental clarity, and energy utilization.
Supports absorption of fat-soluble nutrients and balances blood sugar response. 🔥 Sustained fuel for the day. Makes exclusion zone water, (inspired by bullet proof coffee)
💨 6. Hydrogen Infusion – Cellular recovery. Molecular hydrogen (H₂) acts as a selective antioxidant, helping reduce oxidative stress from heat, exercise, or stress.
Supports faster cellular recovery, anti-inflammatory action, and hydration efficiency. Gives a “light” feeling of clarity and calm energy. 🌬 Hydrate deeper, recover faster.

⚡ Synergistic Effect

Together, these ingredients create a functional hydration system that:

✅ Replenishes lost minerals & electrolytes
✅ Reduces acidity and oxidative stress
✅ Boosts cellular energy & recovery
✅ Supports brain focus and endurance
✅ Maintains fluid balance without sugar overload

🥤 How to Make It (Home Recipe)

  • Start with 1 Pint of filtered water, (Optionally bubble in hydrogen from one of our H2=E machines for 1or 2 Minutes)
  • If you have not yet got a glass of sole (Take a small empty jam jar and add 2 tablespoons of Sea of Cortez salt and fill up the jar with water, this water solution is called sole)
  • Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of sole the salt solution to your drink
  • Add a small pinch of sodium bicarbonate
  • Add juice of 1 fresh lemon.
  • Add ½ or 1 tsp monk-fruit sweetener (adjust to taste).
  • Pour into a blender with 2 tsp MCT oil until slightly emulsified for about 20 seconds.

🕓 Ideal before/after exercise, during hot weather, or mid-afternoon for energy.

⚠ Precautions

Use only food-grade, tested Sea of Cortez salt (not raw unfiltered brine). People with kidney, heart, or blood-pressure conditions should monitor sodium intake.
Introduce MCT oil gradually to avoid digestive discomfort. Not intended for medical treatment — this is a wellness beverage.
