Tony´s Treasure Map to His Best Health Hacks

Introduction

What I like about our H2=E hydrogen oxygen therapy, is that it clearly helps to reduce harmful oxidative stress, and helps support ATP production, it has no known side effects, and it works alongside many other treatments in a very complementary way. Yet here is my but. I truly believe 80% of healing of most health challenges, come from the food and drink you eat, good exercise, surrounding yourself by good people, having a good outlook in life, getting out in nature. Avoiding toxic people, avoiding toxicity from mold in the home, to avoiding ultra processed foods to sleeping well.

The other 20 % can come from health supplements and possibly some of the health insights that I share in this post.  The key point is if you are on a healing journey, you are the person with yourself 7 days a week. In the process of you knowing yourself learning and practicing healing methods something awakens within you, that's the magic. I hope you enjoy the blog, it's a long one, yet I hope you find it worth it.

Handbags To Hydrogen

My journey into the world of Hydrogen Therapy is deeply personal, influenced by family history and my own heath challenge with Ulcerative Colitis and Cancer. It's a path that has led me from being a user of hydrogen therapy to becoming a leading specialist alongside my friend, Andrew Morey.

My interest in health was significantly shaped by the experiences of my family. My Grandad, Jack White, was best known for inventing the VW Camper Van. Despite his accomplishments, he died relatively young at the age of 54. Similarly, my dad, Bob Taylor, built a successful business from the ground up, but he too passed away prematurely at 64 years old.

On the other hand, my wife's family has provided valuable insights into longevity. Her Great Gran lived to an impressive 115 years old with living through the Mexican revolution and having 6 children and 4 miscarriages, and her current Gran is 100 and still going strong. Observing their lifestyles and health habits has given me a unique perspective on what contributes to a long and healthy life. All of this plus my own health challenge sent me on a quest to learn more about health and wellness, which you will read in this blog.

That's me in the middle in 1982, at the age of 7 years old, with my uncle Rolf and Sister Tina working on markets selling all types of bags. In my early part of my life, I used to design and sell all types of bags for many large retailers.

My health challenges began when I was just 14 years old. The diagnosis: Ulcerative Colitis (UC). My life revolved around doctor's appointments, medications, and the constant, nagging discomfort. The challenges were immense. Simple things like going to school or hanging out with friends became logistical nightmares. The physical pain was only compounded by the emotional toll – the embarrassment, the isolation, and the fear of the unknown.

My journey took me through the realms of both traditional and natural medicine. Initially, I relied heavily on conventional treatments: steroids, and other medications aimed at suppressing the inflammation in my colon. While these provided some relief, the side effects were often harsh, and the long-term outlook felt uncertain.

Desperate for alternatives, I began exploring natural therapies. I consulted with nutritionists, herbalists, and alternative medicine practitioners. Diet became a major focus – cutting out processed foods, sugar, and dairy in an attempt to soothe my gut. I experimented with various supplements and herbal remedies, searching for something that would truly make a difference.

Looking back, I often wonder what I could have done differently.  Could a more aggressive dietary approach, combined with other tips in this blog, have altered the course of my illness? I ponder this sometimes. The truth is, I didn’t have the knowledge and resources I have now. I didn't understand the importance of root cause analysis, personalized nutrition, and the power of basic foundations.

Years later at the age of 35, the UC took a devastating turn. Despite my best efforts, I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. It was a crushing blow, a testament to the limitations of the treatments I had been relying on. This was my wake-up call.

Thankfully from the team at the NHS, I had some lifesaving surgery, and I had a few rounds of chemo. Since then, I have been all clear. This was a turning point for me, trivia went out the window, and I now focus on living the rest of my life in the best way possible.

Now 15 years later I'm 50, married with my devoted life partner Alejandra for 9 years now, and we have two amazing kids Maya and Kerim.

This blog post is many of the health tips I wish I knew earlier. Yet in today's world with AI the clarity of knowledge in this field, is going to be really something amazing, many of the things of confusion that I've gone through is going to be cleared. Enjoy the blog, this is me and my family.

From Confusion to Clarity

I think traditional medicine really has its place, and I really would not want to be without it. The problem is I think many people rely on the NHS too much to solve everything and take little responsibility for their own health and many Doctors are in a system not to think outside the box. And I think at school we should be taught the basic on staying healthy.

I think functional medicine also has its place, as it looks more at the root cause of many health issues, if you can see a functional medicine doctor for a stubborn health issue, that traditional medicine is struggling to deal with then you're then looking to deal with possibly the root issue.

I think if the average person can understand the following 10 possible culprits, and have a good diet, it can help solve many common issues. There are more possible culprits such as hormone balancing. Yet these are often the low hanging fruit, that many people can solve, with a bit of know-how, and hopefully go from Confusion to Clarity.

Why I Strongly Recommended Using Advanced AI

Most people including myself have gone on round about journeys trying to solve health issues, and often taking to many health supplements, the wrong health supplements, and even if they have the right one taking them at the wrong time. In short combining so much wrong information, I believe people deserve absolute clarity.

This is why I recommend a paid version of chat GPT, that you feed into it, all your blood reports, symptoms, concerns and questions. I think using Ai in the right way especially in health and wellbeing I really give it 5 stars, in the long term you will more than likely get hugely better results.  The information below can give you pointers to ask, most people need to start with a sibo candida cleanse.

1.Overgrowth of SIBO / Candida

It is estimated that 1 in 3 people in America has an overgrowth of sibo or candida, my guess is that it is similar in the UK. The three main things that can cause this is having a course of antibiotics, food poisoning and eating excess refined sugar and processed foods. I really believe the worst thing to treat this is another course of antibiotics, as more than likely you could be back at square one or worst, after the course has finished, as many of these bacteria just go into hibernation, and all the good bacteria are killed off.

Too many people think it is just a case of killing of the bad bacteria and fungus and micromanaging the intestine. In reality there will always be some candida and sibo whatever protocol you do. I rather think of it like this the good bacteria are like the Police. The bad ones are like naughty teenagers drinking too much alcohol and eating too much sugar. There is nothing wrong with teenagers, but if there are too many and they are being out of control then the police have a challenge putting them into order. Also consider that mainstream medicine does not really treat this, and if they do they use antibiotics, which often only makes it worse in the long run.

Here Are Steps To Clear The Overgrowth

  1. Stop feeding them with sugar for a period of time maybe 2-4 weeks, use health supplements like vitamin c first thing in the morning, oregano oil with breakfast and a bio film disruptor on an empty stomach. You may also need to add in Tudca if the bile is slow. If this is a stubborn overgrowth more than likely you will need a bio film disruptor, such as the one below, this is for 2-4 weeks. If you have leaky gut, go more slowly as this can irritate the gut in the die off period of the Candida. If you have leaky gut have one 1 tablet a day for 4 weeks, if you do not have leaky gut have 2 tablets a day for 2 weeks.

  1. The hard part is the discipline to eat a low carbohydrate diet.
  2. After these 2-4 weeks add in slowly friendly bacteria starting with Akkermansia, but not before, then add in a multi strain of friendly bacteria, then add in a soil bacteria. The idea here is that the Police the friendly bacteria are stronger, and from this point instead of micromanaging the police do the job for you.
  3. Another key point that can make a big difference is intermitting fasting. If you think you have a large meal before you go to sleep, ask yourself this question. Is your body going to work on digestions or repair through the night? If your body is busy working on digestion, it has less energy for rest and repair. Personally, I have my breakfast earlier around 8am and my last meal is around 4pm. This gives me an easy 16 hour intermitting fast. Some people like to have the window between 11am to 4pm. The secret is find out what works for you.
  4. More than likely if you have candida in your gut, it will also be in your mouth and is often shown with a white coating on your tongue, it is worth doing a mouth wash for 14 days only to clear this and then after this period do coconut pulling twice a week.
  5. Also, harmful bacteria can reduce stomach acid, while you have the symptoms it is worth considering adding in HCL with each meal, remember every person is different. Many friendly bacteria are called, e.g. acidophilus, because it thrives in an acid environment.

Also, this product from Thorne SF722 can also help kill of the candida, other possible supplements worth considering is aged black garlic, organon oil, and grapefruit seed extract.

In this video below Dr, Michaels shares his most effective treatment for sibo.

2.Too much Histamine

You need a balance of histamine, histamine is useful for the body, yet too much can give negative reactions. In this video below from Dr. Michael Ruscio, covers this subject with clarity.

3. Oxalates Overload

This is a subject hardly talked about and certainly mainly people are confused about. If you do not have a health issue, you do not need to worry about, yet if you have leaky gut, kidney stones or joint pain it is worth understanding how to reduce eating to many foods high in Oxalates, and if you do eat them how can you reduce the oxalates in them. In this video below shows you more.

4. Balancing Blood Glucose

Jessie Inchauspe, has brought simple clarity to me, about food. It has similarities to how I started with the specific carbohydrate diet in 1989, yet I think it is even clearer, I think she is brilliant with her 10 hacks on balancing blood sugar levels, which does not matter if you're a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan, rather it focusses on what she has very carefully researched as a biochemist, on how you eat effects your blood sugar spikes, the smaller your spikes the longer you will live, and the less health issue you have. I absolutely love this clarity and to find out more here is her video, with the Dairy of a CEO, here is the video link if you're interested....

5.Vitamin or Mineral Deficiency

At H2=E we are a big believer in hair mineral and I testing, and we find it a key foundation, for building good health, in this video below, it shares more details how to do a hair mineral test.

6.Food Intolerance

As you get older or you have different health challenges then maybe different food intolerances may come up. Some can be cleared up or reduced by following these tips her. Yet the secret is listening to your body's whispers, instead of the screams. You can get food intolerant test which can be beneficially to possibly highlight what foods are possible intolerances, yet I would not relay on them 100% rather use them as a pointer and then really notice my own body's reaction to the food in question.

7.Chemical or Mold Toxicity

In the past mold toxicity was very difficult to deal with, in this short video from Dave Asprey he summaries the key points to heal mold toxicity.

If your healing one or more of these 9 possible causes, you need to consider which order they need to go in, if you have mold toxicity, and your house has mold in it, this needs to be solved first.

8. Blocked Bile

One of the health supplements that can possibly help the bile is tudca, in this video below from kick it naturally goes into what is Tudca.

9.Leaky Gut

By the time you have cleared the sibo and candida, mold toxicity, done the hair mineral test, you're on the case with any food intolerances, then you can possibly add in Akkermansia which helps to make Butyrate that helps to heal the gut lining. Once this is strong then possibly look at adding in other probiotics such as saccharomyces boulardii bacteria, soil bacteria and some other general bacteria's. The secret is go slow and steady to strengthen the intestine. In this video below from Dr. Michaels has his top diet and treatment to heal leaky gut.

One of the health supplements that can help with leaky gut is Zinc L Carnosine, this would be for a short period e.g. 4 weeks. Please be aware that most minerals come in different forms and different minerals help to balance each other out. After these 4 weeks it is worth considering a general multi mineral that is easy to absorb.

10.Auto-Immune Disease

About 1 in 10 people in the UK are living with an autoimmune disease. This translates to around 6.7 million people, in this video from Dr. Michaels shares what can possibly help.

Here is my hard truth!

  • If you're looking for a nutritionist to tell you what diet to follow and what food list to follow. I think it's a JOKE, why because in my experience I have found every person is slightly different, and yes, the list maybe really good and most of it worth following to the letter yet listening to your body is what I consider number one, and the list second.
  • If your limited to certain foods and you're saying this is not fair, why can other people eat this or that and I can´t. My hard truth is you're not a child, asking for more sweets. Possibly as you fully heal then maybe some foods can be reintroduced at a moderate level, in short you need to be disciplined for the right reason, for a period of time to heal.
  • If you're detoxing and you want to give up, focus on reducing the amount of health supplements that are adding to the detox symptom's, go slow and steady, often it is a process, that can take between 4 months to a year, let's face it most health issue, have built up over a long time, be patient and see the long term picture.

My Morning Routine

I believe if you start your day well, it sets you up well for the day ahead. I absolutely love my morning routine as it helps gives me my center for my day. I wake around 5.45am every day, I like daily habits. I have 1 pint of some warm water with some supplements that are shown in my supplement section at the end of this blog, or a green tea with one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar a squeeze of lemon and a dash of honey. Then I often do a gentle movement routine such as the Dru Yoga EBR1 or the routine with Shi Heng.  If you would like to try for yourself here are the videos...

My Favorite Breathing Technique

After this gentle warm up, it sets me up to have a 10-minute breathing session with Mr. Wim Hoff. I have a very nice recliner chair, I put the chair in the comfortable outstretched position; I find this position ideal for this breathing exercise. After the session, I´ve got my Zen magic, any time I'm stressed this is my go-to. Here is the video link if you would like to try for yourself...

Affirmations

After my breathing exercise, I sometimes use to listen to affirmation like below, occasional I still do. Yet more now after years of listening to affirmation from outside myself, I rather now tune in to affirmation that come from my core passion in life. Yet this can be a starting point if you feel the need for inspiration.

Code & Conduct

In the same way a ship has a ruder and a compass to navigate and steer the ship. I think the same is true in life. I was inspired by the Navy Seals code and conduct, and from it I wrote my own Code and Conduct below here, your more than welcome to download it and use it, if it resonates with you, for me it helps me keep on track.

Human Garage

I wish I knew about Human Garage 25 years ago. I've had pain from my neck, shoulders back, hips ankles, for over 25 years, from an injury at work, and I´ve seen some of the best body workers, from Rolfing therapists to using the Feldenkrais method to physiotherapist and loads more, and I´ve spent a small fortune on them, all of them helped a little bit. But the Human Garage team have a range of movements that helped me unlock the stuck fascia in my body by myself, costing me nothing. These movements that they teach for free online are absolutely Brilliant.

To get these movement to release pain in the body for free, this is one of my top recommendations. To find out more please go to their website and go to fascial maneuvers and slowly go through the different movements and discover which are the ones best for you. Human Garage

Good Sleep. The Number One Health Hack!

Good health is about simple things like good sleep. I'm passionate about good quality sleep, and to get a good night sleep. I think about my day as a bank balance, that I collect tokens or lose tokens though out my day, and my balance sheet at the end of the day determines the quality of sleep I get.

Here is the thing, most people get about 6 hours sleep. The minimum should be about 7 hours, most people probably need 8 hours to feel at their best, yet each person is individual. With a lot of research now on sports athletes, their performance is increased by around 9% if they get this right. I know when I get this wrong, I´m moody, it effects my immune system, my thinking is not so clear, and I make more mistakes.

This video below from Paul Saladino, has some great tips on getting the best sleep.

This is the list of things that can help me get a good night sleep...

I try to get some early morning sunlight, if possible, the first 30 minutes of sunlight contains more of the red-light frequencies, that has benefits of increasing your melatonin and possible other health benefits. If I would say one of my favorite health hacks is watching the early morning sunrise and watching the evening sunset, when possible, I can't really put this into words, in short, I would say it connects me to a universal energy, this is for the person to feel for themselves.

  • I'm cautious with caffeine, 2 black or green teas are my max per day before 12 noon, I use to occasionally have an organic mold free coffee.
  • This is an extra insight  Zynamite it comes from mango leaves; it comes in a supplement form, and it has the feeling of caffeine without the side effects and has many positive effects on the brain. If you have a bit of brain fog, low mental focus this is worth testing out.
  • Understanding vitamin B1 is really useful here as for negative effects with caffeine. People who drink a lot of alcohol, have too much caffeine, eat too much white flour products, are on medication. All of these can deplete you B1 levels. B1 is crucial to working with zinc and magnesium without this link these other minerals do not work so well. If you google the B1 deficiency symptoms it is a vast list, from anxiety to sleep issues and a lot more. Like anything to much of B1 is not good either. What I´m finding is that instead of getting a B1 supplement if any of these symptoms come up, is to use B1 is a liquid dropper supplement, and add a small amount from 1 to 5 drops and notice any improvements.
  • I have black out curtains and keep my room as dark as possible.
  • I balance my blood sugar spikes throughout the day which I will share more in this blog below.
  • I have a cut of point with my phone around 7pm. If you watch your phone in the middle of the night you will increase your cortisol levels and decrease your melatonin level. Becoming aware of how blue light from phones, TV, computer screens effect your sleep is worth being aware off.
  • Just before I fall asleep, I take some deep slow breaths, imaging I'm filling up a barrel, then I think of 3 things that me gives a feeling / sense of satisfaction form the day. And then I plant a seed thought that tomorrow morning I'm going to wake e.g., ready for the day, I´m going to wake up the happiest person in the world.
  • I've been pretty much T Total for 7 years; I have a nice cocktail maybe twice a year. Having alcohol before sleep reduces your sleep quality considerable.

NSDR Yoga Nidra

This applies to anyone, especially if you have an auto immune disease. That if the body is in a stressed state the fight and flight response your body cannot fully heal, and mastering the art of a NSDR non-sleep deep rest is an incredible tool to master.

Ozone For Your Food

As much as buying organic food is the best option, many times it may not be available or its too expensive. Alot of my food I bubble ozone into some water with the food in it, from my rice, vegetables, fruit to my meat, it amazing what comes off, here is a link to an ozone machine on Amazon, it is the same one I use, cheap and brilliant.

Red Light Therapy

When I started using red light therapy, I was medium impressed. The insights and experience I have now, I´m really impressed with it. When I started with it well over 20 years ago, I did not fully understand it and how it fits together in an overall wellbeing lifestyle, and that getting a red light that has 4 or more wave lengths makes a difference. Here is an Amazon link for a red light with 4 wave lengths.

Here is a great video from Diary of The CEO about light therapy.

Stop The Heated Seed Oil

Maybe after watching this video below, you may think twice about consuming seed oils.

Vitamin D and The Immune System Are More Than Best Friends

There is a huge debate on how much Vit D3 the body needs, yet what I do know from following well know nutritionist, they often recommended 5000 IU a day if someone has a health challenge.

Exercise

I do about 40 mins per of high intensity exercise 3 times a week focusing on muscle strength rather than muscle size. The research of doing some exercise each day is crystal clear, it lowers your stress hormones, it helps your mood, your bone structure, your immune system, your sleep, pretty much everything. I have had times when I´ve missed this, and I can completely confirm, when I miss this, it makes a huge difference. I inspire you if you're not exercising find some exercise that does it for you.

Grounding

I'm a big believer of grounding; I aim to walk bear feet on grass at least once a day. The health benefits of grounding are clearly visible with looking at a blood sample before and after under a microscope, in short, the red blood cells, are more free moving, rather than being more stuck togther after grounding, my understanding is that having these electrons from the ground help with a key foundation of health, which is getting the right energy into the cell, for me it is part of the puzzle, as you can see everything I'm recommending is simple stuff, that anyone can do.

90% of Over Thinking Problems Resolved or Halved

I've been talking to my wife about this for over 7 years, when I first explained it, she didn't think much of it, now because someone else told her about it, and it was backed with some actual evidence studying the brain, she really has a good  understanding and experience of it, as she would be honest to say, she was a complete over thinker, luckily it has changed.

The turning point was understanding the 3 principles by Sidney banks, which he explains there are 3 parts to the intelligence in the body. The 3 parts are Thought, Mind and Consciousness.

  • Mind is like 2+2 = 4 using your brain to work things out.
  • Thought is like random thoughts come and go in your brain.
  • Consciousness is having the ability to watch your thoughts and mind and tuning into an innate intelligence that is within side you. On top of that if your stressed, if you're dealing with some type of trauma from the past, once you have the ability to rest in your consciousness, you can have certain commands or phrases such as "I´m Listening" "I´m with you always" " What do you need" in that point you can hear that intelligence that resolves 90% of problems or halves them. The skill to get this is by practicing listening, if you can listen to someone without a lot of chatter or dialogue going on in your head.
  • In short this is emotional intelligence, where you're not in a reactive, knee jerk state to things that you over analysis about. If you go into a shop and the checkout person is grumpy, the person is grumpy because something is happening in that person life. It is not personal.
  • Your emotions can be complex or simple, as soon as you make something complex when it does not need to be, you will more than likely get in a mess. The secret is switch on your emotional intelligence and keep things simple.

Affirmations Are B.S Unless this is Cleared First

I think there is a bit too much fluffy positive affirmations out there. Don´t get me wrong I like my positivity, but if it is shit wrapped in superficial paper, it really won't be of any use. Most of us have emotional stuff buried under the surface, stuff we don't want to look at, but if it is not cleared any manifestation board or affirmation will be more than likely confused. I am bigger believer in clearing shadow work, and in this video below highlights, what it is shadow work about and ways to start clearing it.

My Evening Routine

Many people including myself at time go to sleep, over thinking, remembering and going over stress. And I believe this creates more of the same. So, this is my formula I use to center myself and to visual some good stuff.  First off, I do a 15-minute mediation, and in this video below from Ben Smith he gives really clear guidance how to, he is a young chap yet really knows his stuff. Big Thumbs up.

Manifesting The Natural Way

I think in general the law of attraction Sene, is a crazy minefield, where people including myself have got caught up, and many of the new influencer have made it less elegant, to being over materialistic and very little connection to the divine nature of life and the essence of who we really are. Yet I do like Neville Goddard from the 1940´s. I think he speaks with more elegance, and I´ve linked in a video below.

Get Healthy and Stay Healthy

All of the above, hardly cost any money a day, yet the daily cultivation of this I believe is priceless. It is the daily habit that builds results

  1. Hi Toni,

I met you many moons 🌙 ago in Exeter at a health conference. The information you have just shared is amazing! Thank you so much. 🙏

    1. Hi Lisa, I remember you; I hope all is well that Exeter conference must have been about 11 years ago that was a very good conference. Happy to hear the information gave you a boost. Lots more to come

    1. Hi Cathryn
Thanks for your question, all our H2 machines make active H2 water, by simply putting a diffusion stone onto the out flow and let it bubble away for about 2 to 3 minutes. The active H2 water acts as an antioxidant
